Order Dispatch & Working Hours
Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
Our customer service team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (GMT). Any enquiries received outside of these hours will be responded to the next working day.

We ship from the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
